Crafted with precision and purpose, the Shrine Blend is a distinguished representation of Nicaragua’s finest coffee tradition. Grown in the highlands of northern Nicaragua by the Guadalupe Cooperative, this blend achieved 4th place in the 2025 Nicaragua Cup of Excellence, a recognition of its extraordinary quality and integrity.
This lot features an 80% Arara Natural base, a rare Brazilian variety celebrated for its vibrant floral aromatics, tropical fruit complexity, and syrupy sweetness. It is complemented by 20% Maragogype, the famed “Elephant Bean,” which contributes a silky texture and refined acidity.
In the cup, the Shrine Blend reveals a fragrant bouquet of jasmine and wildflowers, with notes of panela, mango, vanilla, and dried apricot. Its intense body and balanced structure culminate in a clean, lingering finish, making it both memorable and contemplative.

This medium roast tastes very green and vegetal (in a good way), and smells fantastic when used in a pour-over situation. We like it best for cold brew.
